Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant, located in Mandaluyong with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Property Consultant will be responsible for connecting with clients to understand their real estate needs, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting SPI's residential and commercial properties, and closing sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include providing expert advice on property investments, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate property solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in the Philippines is a plus
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus . 72 units considered and freh graduates
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work in both office and remote settings
