DESIGN CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities

● Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedule with existing and new accounts

● Meet or exceed personal sales quota

● Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

● Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

● Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

● Continue managing, servicing, booking current accounts

● Sign up new corporate clients and businesses

● Cultivate leads and generate referrals

● Track sales activities.

DESIGN CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:

● Experience in Sales, Real Estate and/or Hospitality., with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

● Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

● Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

● Self-motivated and results oriented.

● Previous experience in sales, particularly within a furniture market, is an advantage.

● Graduate of Business, Marketing and / or Architecture or Design Background

● Efficiency in Accounts Management.

● Mobility is a plus - can drive and/or willing to attend ocular site meetings and visits. Car plan is available

● Basic Salary plus attractive commission shall be provided

PREFERABLY WITH SALES EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE FURNITURE ,Construction, Real Estate, and other related industries
