Ayala Land Group is looking for a Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Strong skills in supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems or ERP tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and attention to compliance.
  • Amenable to work in Taguig City
