ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Experience in the same role will be an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned at Rosario, Pasig City

Key Responsibilities

Client and Candidate Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, requests, and updates regarding staffing needs and placements.
  • Liaise between clients (hiring managers, HR) and the internal Recruitment/Delivery team to clarify job requirements, process job requisitions, and coordinate candidate interviews/onboarding.
  • Manage communication with placed contingent workers or temporary staff regarding assignment details, scheduling, payroll issues, and general inquiries.
  • Respond to and help resolve client and employee issues or escalations (e.g., absences, booking changes, minor complaints) promptly and professionally.

Administrative and Documentation Support

  • Assist in the onboarding and compliance process for new hires, ensuring all necessary pre-employment documents, background checks, and requirements are completed.
  • Process and track time sheets, and billing details; coordinate with the Finance/Billing department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Project and Reporting

  • Track and monitor key metrics related to client accounts, such as placement status, time-to-fill, employee performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports (weekly, monthly) to clients and internal Account Managers, summarizing service delivery, project progress, and account activity.
