About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide vital administrative and coordination support to our sales team. You'll assist in managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, processing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and client information.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (fresh graduates are very welcome).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
