OFFICE STAFF

Description of the General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encoding of customer data in AX system
  • Conduct credit investigation from customer supplier's and banks
  • Filing of customer data forms (CLA, Account Change Form and etc.)
  • Releasing of booklets (Collection Receipts and Acknowledgement Receipt)
  • Checking of fully use booklets (Collection Receipt, Trust Receipt, Sales Invoice and Acknowledgement)
  • Responsible for outgoing routing to Tagunol, Magallanes, Mandaue, Valenzuela and Batangas
  • Receiving incoming routing from Tagunol and Mandaue

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Business Administration or any 4-year business related course
  • With or without experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Proficient in use of MS Office / Open office for various reports
  • Willing to learn CLC system of work.
