Job Summary:

This role helps ensure that internal processes are properly documented, updated, and aligned with established standards through day-to-day execution and support tasks.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Entry level; with internship or at least 1 year of experience in administrative or systems support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of documentation, encoding, and workflow tools.
  • Proficient in using office productivity applications (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Completion of a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn internal systems and support cross-functional coordination tasks.

Job Description:

  • Assist in updating workflow documents, SOPs, and operational templates
  • Encode data into trackers, logs, and system platforms accurately and on time
  • Provide clerical support for documentation, including formatting, file naming, and organization
  • Help maintain version control and ensure proper storage of updated documents
  • Support minor system updates and routine automation tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate with officers and staff for document collection and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and filing protocols
