Position: Application Technical Support Specialist

Work Location: MOA Pasay

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid (1–2 times a month Return-to-Office)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Intelligence, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience customer support role
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting SaaS applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and XML.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver prompt, knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive customer experience

· Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and routine support tasks.

· Efficiently manage and prioritize support cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

· Communicate effectively—both in writing and verbally—to resolve complex technical challenges.

· Perform additional duties related to the Technical Support Agent role, as assigned, within scope and level of responsibility.
