Position: Chat Support Specialist (Technical & Sales/Upselling)

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite – Pasay

Overview:

We are looking for a Chat Support who can combine strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service and sales skills. This role requires someone who can troubleshoot customer issues effectively while identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional products or services. If you enjoy problem-solving, have a customer-first mindset, and are confident in offering solutions that drive sales, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, technical concerns, and product-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver a customer-first experience while balancing service resolution with sales goals.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex cases and improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in chat-based customer support with a technical experience
  • Proven experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling through customer interactions.
  • Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar, tone, and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack).
