Aureo La Union is a first-class luxury resort owned by Ferenzo Holdings and Development Corporation, located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the hotel and resorts industry. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence
- Lead recruiting, coaching, performance monitoring, and target-setting for sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to management
- Identify emerging markets, trends, and competitor activities to stay competitive
Qualifications:
- With prior experience in the Hotel and Resorts industry
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in hotels and resorts
- Minimum 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
- Willing to work in Makati
