About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Transportation Logistics Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with basic track and trace experience who are eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and clients to provide shipment status updates.
  • Address delays, exceptions, or service issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment details in the system.
  • Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments as needed.
  • Support the operations team in daily transportation and logistics activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: At least a Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with some exposure to track and trace or shipment monitoring.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or logistics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
