About the role

As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our transport services, meeting both operational requirements and customer satisfaction levels by optimizing resources and enforcing compliance with agreed service levels and standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor contractor compliance with KPIs and service contracts.
  • Maintain business relationship with 3PL coordinators.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and recommend penalties or improvements.
  • Ensure 100% resource readiness, truck availability in collaboration with Sourcing Team
  • Ensure accurate communication of delivery plans, lead time monitoring, and compliance to customer protocols
  • Verify delivery documents and relay dispatch details and ensure timely document transmittal.
  • Monitor delivery completion and accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any 4 year course preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years' exposure in logistics operations (inbound/outbound) and distribution functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to conceptualize system enhancements.
  • Competency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
