About the role

As the Senior Business Executive at V2U Healthcare Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company . Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you managing a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our core business activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing operational and business development strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity within Philippines and the region
  • Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all business processes
  • Managing and leading a small team of staff , providing guidance and support
  • Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
  • work with Singapore Head quarter and support regional activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools to drive operational efficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, processes and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
