Job Summary
We are hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee deliveries and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include arranging deliveries and pick-ups, monitoring shipments, and managing customer inquiries via email, phone, and text. The role also includes ensuring accurate order packing, managing returns and exchanges efficiently, and maintaining effective communication with the internal sales team as well as other departments. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure timely updates and communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Arranging deliveries and preparing delivery schedules
- Arranging pick-ups from different logistics partners
- Generating delivery receipts and requesting sales invoices
- Collecting shipping and billing details
- Timely checking of items and making sure that they packed the purchase orders correctly
- Reporting and inquiring concerns on customer service of different couriers to update the status of the shipment of orders
- Monitoring of shipment
- Verifying proof of payments from customers before dispatching
- Responsible for quoting the shipping cost and aligning it with the given budget.
- Recording of the shipping cost
- Responsible for entertaining customer's feedbacks and inquiries
- Generating Return/Exchange inquiries
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or purchasing roles.
- Proficiency in order management software (Odoo and Shopify).
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace skills.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Accuracy in processing orders, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Ability to handle special requests or out-of-stock issues and find solutions quickly.
- Experience with shipping and courier coordination.
- Experience with Lazada, Shopee, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Can adopt to changes and demand.
- Pro-active and communicates well with internal departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
