You'll be part of a team that handles everything from everyday lifestyle requests to complex international event planning — all supported by advanced technology and AI-powered tools.
Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: Php 70,000-74,000
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40+ hours per week (multiple positions available)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM MDT
Client Time Zone: MDT
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, depending on performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Service Intake & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound requests via phone, email, text, or live chat.
- Use Zendesk (or similar CRM) to manage communications, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a refined, empathetic, and polished tone consistent with five-star service standards.
- Accurately confirm all service request details and provide proactive updates to clients.
Fulfillment Coordination
- Research, source, and arrange all aspects of service requests with precision and discretion.
- Coordinate with vetted vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment.
- Follow through until service completion and client satisfaction are confirmed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Core Service Areas
- Travel & Leisure: vacation planning, flights, hotels, events, and entertainment.
- Lifestyle & Personal Services: restaurant bookings, gifting, errands, and wellness.
- Home & Residential: maintenance, vendor referrals, relocation, and deliveries.
- Business Support: meeting planning, research, and admin coordination.
- Health & Wellness: medical scheduling, fitness, and lifestyle balance support.
- Reminders & Assistance: appointment follow-ups and ongoing personal tasks.

- Deliver every client experience with attentiveness, efficiency, and elegance.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, personalized solutions.
- Communicate clearly and promptly while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
- Fluent in U.S. English with exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Zendesk or similar multi-brand CRM systems.
- Excellent multitasking, research, and coordination skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal judgment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service roles.
- Experience in corporate or white-label concierge programs preferred.
- Background in luxury services, property management, or travel coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-step service requests autonomously.
