The Merchant Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations and coordination between the company and its online/offline merchant partners. This role ensures that furniture products are properly listed, priced, and promoted across all selling platforms, while maintaining accurate records, smooth order processing, and excellent merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with merchants, suppliers, and internal departments regarding product listings, stock availability, and pricing updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, descriptions, and images across all online platforms.
  • Assist in onboarding new merchant partners and managing existing accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, product performance, and merchant activity.
  • Communicate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
  • Handle merchant inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
  • Support documentation, invoicing, and coordination for merchant payments and reconciliations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the furniture industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or coordination roles (experience in furniture or retail industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Customer-focused and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
