Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role

The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for reviewing construction plans, identifying the aluminium windows and doors required, and entering these requirements into the company's quoting system. The role ensures accurate and timely information is provided to the Customer Service team, supporting customer satisfaction, efficiency, and overall business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review construction plans and accurately determine aluminium windows and doors requirements.
  • Enter data into the quoting system within agreed lead times.
  • Provide accurate plan take-offs and prepare quotations.
  • Support customer service and external sales teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products, building codes, and standards.
  • Actively contribute to teamwork by sharing workload and attending team meetings.
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency in customer service functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in data entry, construction, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and inputting data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (desirable).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
