
Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing and SEM strategies, including budgeting, KPI setting, and campaign alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee multi-platform campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, HubSpot, etc.) and optimize through keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring best practices in execution and optimization.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including campaign management and optimization.
- Proficient in advertising platforms and analytics, with the ability to act on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in teams.
- Leadership and mentoring experience with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in
Pasig City
(2x a week) on
night shift, 8 PM – 5 AM PST
