Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing and SEM strategies, including budgeting, KPI setting, and campaign alignment with client objectives.
  • Oversee multi-platform campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, HubSpot, etc.) and optimize through keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring best practices in execution and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficient in advertising platforms and analytics, with the ability to act on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Willing to work onsite in
    Pasig City
    (2x a week) on
    night shift, 8 PM – 5 AM PST
    .
