About the role

Join the dynamic team at Western Appliances as our new Branch Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our retail store located in Newly Built Greenhills branch or in Megamall Branch. We are looking for applicants from the areas of San Juan, Mandaluyong and Pasig. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store performance, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their full potential
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to improve store performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a positive and engaging in-store environment
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with the company's overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive foot traffic and increase sales
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics
  • Exceptional sales & customer service skills and a deep understanding of the retail customer experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Preferably can speak Cantonese, Hokkien and Mandarin
