KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timekeeping & Attendance Management
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain the Timekeeping Sheet for all employees under the Retail and Restaurant Group.
- Conduct verification and validation of attendance records, including biometrics logs, rest day applications, and other attendance-related requests.
- Ensure timely monitoring and updating of employee attendance data in the HR system.
Employee Information & Records
- Monitor, update, and maintain employee profiles and information within the HR system. Upload and manage leave credits on a quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle requests for employee documents, such as Certificates of Employment (COE), forms, and other HR-related records.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Process and prepare payment requests related to Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage and HR system billing.
- Assist in the final pay computation and document preparation for resigned employees, including clearance routing and paycheck release.
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Conduct company orientation sessions on SproutHR for new hires, ensuring proper understanding of HR systems and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR inquiries, system access, and benefit-related concerns.
Employee Movements & System Updates
Update HR Sprout system for various employee movements, such as:
Change of approver or reporting line
Default schedule adjustments
Personal information updates
Account unlocking
Department transfers
Other ad hoc updates as required
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Continuously enhance and update internal HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare payment requests and related documentation in compliance with company standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year experience and preferably accounting or accounting technology graduate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior HR or timekeeping experience is an advantage.
