Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist About Us:Pipe17 is a fast -growing SaaS company simplifying commerce operations for brands andretailers. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join ourteam. This role will be offshore and focused on the orders -to -cash / quote -to -cash workflow,ensuring accurate billing, revenue tracking, and reporting across systems. Job Summary:The Revenue Operations Specialist will manage and support the full billing lifecycle – from quotegeneration to cash collection. You'll be responsible for ensuring that customer billing is timely,accurate, and compliant, while also maintaining revenue data integrity across our systems(Hubspot, Asana, Recurly / Tabs, Quickbooks, and related tools). This is a detail -oriented rolerequiring strong process discipline, comfort with multiple SaaS billing tools, and the ability totroubleshoot blockers across internal teams and customer workflows. Key Responsibilities:Billing Operations • Execute the end -to -end billing process, including deal booking, invoicing, renewals,upsells, usage -based fees, and 1x charges. • Ensure all contracts start and renew on correct signature dates, with accurate billingfrequency and terms. • Manage payment methods (ACH, credit card, external portals) and resolve declined ordelayed payments. • Track deferred, prorated, or co -termed deals and ensure correct setup in billing systems.Systems & Tools • Maintain data accuracy across Hubspot (quotes, deals), Asana (billing tasks), Recurly /Tabs (subscriptions/invoices), Quickbooks, and reporting sheets (Master Booking, MRR,Churn Debrief). • Generate and validate invoices in Recurly / Tabs and external vendor portals. • Monitor billing -related notifications and ensure follow -up on payment failures, renewals,and usage thresholds.Revenue Reporting • Update and reconcile Master Booking and MRR reporting sheets with booked deals. • Track ARR, MRR, usage revenue, churn, and renewal performance.• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly summaries, ensuring consistency acrosssystems.Process & Compliance • Uphold quoting and billing requirements, including proper application of discounts,terms, and add -ons. • Ensure billing contact details, purchase order requirements, and invoice details arecaptured at contract stage. • Identify and escalate blockers (e.g., missing Org Keys, client billing portal delays,unclear quotes). • Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to improve automation, reduce manual errors, andenforce billing policies. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or accounts receivable,ideally in a SaaS environment. • Hands -on experience with billing and CRM tools such as Recurly / Tabs, Hubspot,Quickbooks, Stripe/ACH processors. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex billing scenarios (renewals,usage, proration, co -term). • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for revenue tracking and reconciliation. • Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate with internal teams and externalclients. • Comfortable working offshore with distributed teams and managing tasks independently.Benefits: • Competitive compensation package. • Remote -first role with flexible working hours. • Opportunity to support a rapidly growing SaaS company and build expertise in revenueoperations.Pipe17 is an equal -opportunity employer.
