Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role Revenue Recovery Specialist Work Arrangement Work from Office Schedule Night shift Job Description Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Review and analyze aging reports to identify unpaid or underpaid claims. Follow up with insurance companies and third‑party payers to resolve outstanding balances. Submit appeals, demands and rebuttals. Communicate with patients and internal departments to resolve billing issues. Document all activities and maintain accurate records in the EHR/PM system. Monitor trends in denials and reimbursement delays and elevate as appropriate. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulations. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in medical billing, AR follow‑up, or revenue recovery. Experience with commercial payers. Idr recovery efforts, preferred. Skills / Specialized Knowledge Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes. Familiarity with EOBs, remittance advice, and payer portals. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with billing software and EHR systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
