We are a fast-scaling Australian eCommerce group specialising in fashion, accessories, and homewares — including one of Australia's largest First Nations-led retail brands. We operate across both retail and B2B, servicing sectors such as education, health, and corporate gifting.

Our stack includes Shopify, Klaviyo, MessageMedia, Google Analytics (GA4), and Triple Whale. We run fast, seasonal, data-led campaigns and are constantly evolving our digital strategy.

We're now hiring an elite SMS & Email Lifecycle Marketing Specialist — someone who doesn't just push out campaigns, but builds strategy, automation, segmentation, and smart logic that scales.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle messaging strategy — not just manage one-off sends.

You'll sit at the core of our marketing engine, building flows, triggers, segments, and stealth promo structures that deliver measurable revenue growth.

Your work will reduce discount dependency, lift retention, and scale smart across retail and B2B.

You'll report directly to our Marketing Team Lead and collaborate closely with leadership on high-impact projects.

If you can't build fatigue logic, segment by behaviour, or align SMS with a multi-channel campaign calendar — this role is not for you.

We only want top-tier operators with proven builds of full-funnel, revenue-driving lifecycle systems.


What You'll Own
  • Audit and redesign the entire SMS strategy across Klaviyo + MessageMedia
  • Build a stealth promo system using Shopify Liquid logic
  • Launch triggered flows: browse abandon, price drop, VIP milestones, low-stock alerts, etc.
  • Set and enforce send caps, fatigue logic, and opt-out rules
  • Align all messaging to our seasonal marketing calendar (retail + B2B)
  • Create and maintain a performance dashboard (CTR, CVR, AOV, unsub, fatigue score)
  • Build out UTM/tagging logic, holdout testing, and attribution structures
  • Deliver a complete handover playbook and SOPs for internal teams

What You Must Know Cold
  • Klaviyo – flows, segmentation, SMS/email branching logic, suppression
  • Shopify Liquid – to gate promos by tags, UTMs, sessions
  • MessageMedia – dispatch logic, segments, audience control
  • GA4 + Triple Whale – attribution, holdouts, cohort reports
  • Fatigue logic + segmentation – including RFM, engagement decay, and role/industry filters
  • Aligning lifecycle flows to a campaign calendar with multiple audience types

You'll Thrive in This Role If:
  • You've built full SMS/email lifecycle systems, not just run campaigns
  • You obsess over clean segmentation and flow logic
  • You know how to avoid list fatigue, and when to push, pause, or re-engage
  • You've worked directly with founders or marketing leads in fast-moving eCom environments
  • You love using data to improve automation and retention

Bonus Points If You have:
  • Worked in fashion, homewares, or accessories eCommerce
  • Experience with Australian, UK, or US markets
  • Familiarity with both retail and B2B audience flows
