Responsibilities:
- Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in various recruitment activities and initiatives.
- Perform encoding, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year college student from any program, willing to be assigned to the HR department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Willing to extend internship hours if required.
- Can start immediately
