Responsibilities:

  • Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted applicants.
  • Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assist in various recruitment activities and initiatives.
  • Perform encoding, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year college student from any program, willing to be assigned to the HR department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to extend internship hours if required.
  • Can start immediately
