
Operations Intern

Role:
Operations interns will work closely with the CEO in supporting the day-to-day operations of a Business Consultancy firm, gaining exposure to different areas of business such as HR, Account Management, Sales, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Help organize HR-related documents such as contracts, employee files, and onboarding kits.
- Assist in recruitment coordination (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants).
- Participate in internal HR activities such as employee engagement or training sessions.
- Learn about HR compliance, documentation, and people operations.
- Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, meetings, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Help prepare meeting materials such as agendas, notes, and presentation decks.
- Draft simple correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Support the CEO in organizing files, tracking tasks, and maintaining project timelines.
- Accompany the CEO to client meetings, business trips, or on-site visits to provide administrative and coordination support.
- Assist in tracking client projects and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
- Help prepare client presentations, reports, and follow-up materials.
- Coordinate with consultants and team members to gather updates and maintain project trackers.
- Support in maintaining and updating the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions related to sales or business growth initiatives.
- Provide logistical and research support during sales meetings or client visits, especially when accompanying the CEO.
- Help manage office supplies, documentation, and basic administrative needs.
- Coordinate with vendors or partners when needed.
- Support company events, meetings, and internal initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Work is from 8am-5pm, but there might be instances when it might extend beyond 5pm. Although not everyday is necessarily swamped with work
- Open to students who want a part time job or someone who wants training in HR
- Work is 6 days - Mondays to Saturdays (4 days would be on site. Office location would depend on where the CEO would be)
- Can be absorbed if work is done well
- Open to be mentored into other roles apart from HR
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 per month
