Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Funnel & Email Automation
  • Build lead capture systems (landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages) connected to email automations.
  • Create and schedule multi-step email sequences (welcome, nurture, conversion) in Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Set up tagging, segmentation, and triggers to move leads seamlessly through the funnel.
Paid Media – Lead Generation & Retargeting
  • Launch and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeting cold, warm, and lookalike audiences.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage site visitors and email subscribers.
  • Test and optimize creative, copy, and targeting weekly to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
CRM & Tracking
  • Set up or refine a lightweight CRM (HubSpot Starter, Airtable) to track leads from first touch to sale.
  • Install and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking for all campaigns.
  • Build dashboards to monitor funnel health and ad performance.
SEO & Content Implementation
  • Conduct keyword research (SEMrush or Moz) to find high-intent, low-competition terms for CMS services.
  • Optimize landing pages, blogs, and core website pages for target keywords.
  • Support rollout of content for pillar and cluster blog strategies.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Provide weekly performance reports with clear KPIs: opt-in rate, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROAS.
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in the funnel to increase conversions.
  • Create SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and documentation so our VA can maintain systems after setup.
