What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely
  • Interest in digital design, branding, or web development
  • Sales or marketing background is a plus
  • Committed to long-term career growth with us
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals for digital design and web development projects
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support marketing through event partnerships, social media, and campaign initiatives
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand our client base
  • Meet quarterly sales targets and keep leads, follow-ups, and timelines on track
