About the Role

We're looking for a confident, consultative, and driven sales professional who knows digital marketing inside and out. You'll be the bridge between businesses and the growth opportunities our agency delivers.

This is a hybrid role combining sales strategy, client consulting, and business development — ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing deals that create lasting value.

What You'll Do


• Handle inbound & outbound inquiries and run discovery calls with potential clients to understand their goals and pain points.


• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities through smart outbound prospecting.


• Craft tailored proposals that align with each client's growth objectives.


• Follow up with persistence, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help businesses grow.


• Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience from pitch to delivery.


• Drive new business revenue by selling Bleo's full range of digital marketing services across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Who You Are


• You have 3+ years of experience in digital sales, business development, or account management — ideally within a marketing, media, or SaaS environment.


• You understand the digital marketing landscape (ads, analytics, performance, and creative strategy).


• You're a natural communicator who can confidently consult with business owners and marketing leaders.


• You're self-motivated, energetic, and thrive in an environment where results are rewarded.


• You love the challenge of prospecting, pitching, and closing deals — all while building lasting client relationships.
