Full-Time | 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

Starting offer: Php 60,000 per month (negotiable)

Working hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned to U.S. Eastern Time)

Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create impactful visuals and brand-consistent marketing content. You'll design across multiple platforms (social media, print, digital, and events), support marketing initiatives, and maintain high-quality, on-brand materials.

Success in this role means producing visually engaging assets that improve engagement metrics, maintaining a clean and updated design library, and delivering projects on time through an organized ticketing process.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Driven)

• Design Execution: Create high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for campaigns, events, and internal needs.
• Brand Consistency: Audit, update, and maintain design assets to align with brand standards; manage reusable assets in Maxa Designs.
• Workflow Management: Handle multiple design projects through a ticketing system, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to turnaround times.
• Collaboration & Service: Partner with stakeholders and loan officers to understand needs, provide brand-consistent solutions, and deliver excellent customer service.

SMARTe Objectives (First 120 Days)

1. Learn brand guidelines, workflows, and asset organization within 30 days.

2. Independently manage design requests and maintain the marketing library by Day 60.

3. Streamline design processes, propose improvements, and deliver measurable brand engagement impact by Day 90.

Requirements
Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience in a marketing or branding role
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Canva for digital content creation
• Experience designing for social media, print, and internal communications
• Ability to manage a design ticket queue and prioritize requests
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools like Maxa Designs
