About the role

Tailor Made Outsourcing is seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing - Social Media Superstar to join our growing team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, driving engagement and growth for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing engaging social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  2. Managing the creation, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality, visually appealing content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  3. Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media performance, using insights to continuously optimise campaigns
  4. Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure social media activities are integrated with wider marketing initiatives
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to maximise the impact of our social media efforts
  6. Providing exceptional community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  7. Supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and other social media-driven initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of 2-3 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand social content
  3. Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and use it to drive strategy
  5. Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaign management
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional marketing team
