About the Role

Our client, a
world-renowned cloud solutions provider
, is looking for motivated
Telesales Representatives
to join their growing sales team. This role will be key in creating new business opportunities, engaging potential customers through telesales and other communication channels, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while supporting the company's continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales and outreach activities to
    acquire new customers
    within assigned regions.
  • Promote the client's
    full range of products and solutions
    , ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Understand customer industries and business drivers to
    develop sales plans and forecasts
    .
  • Manage the end-to-end
    sales process
    , from initial outreach to order tracking and deal closure.
  • Act as a
    brand ambassador
    , increasing brand visibility and supporting the client's international reputation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Computer Science or Marketing majors preferred).
  • Experience in
    sales, telesales, or the IT industry
    strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog
    (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required for Philippines-based roles.
  • Strong
    communication, logical thinking, and coordination skills
    .
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to perform in a
    high-pressure environment
    .
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent team collaboration.
  • Willingness to work
    full-time on-site
    (Ortigas, Pasig, for PH roles).
  • Flexible to work
    day shift or night shift
    as required.
