JOB DESCRIPTION Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): English At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Excellent knowledge of English with communication and interpersonal skills, Active Listening Skill, Have Resilience and Grit, Self-Motivated and Competitive, Should know how to Establish Trust with the Customer, Social Media Skills and Social Selling, Research Skills Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent Know how to speak SPANISH language WE ARE WORKING AT NIGHTSHIFT AS A BACK OFFICE FOR USA HEAD OFFICE.
