Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Sessions : Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to improve sales competencies.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness : Assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Onboard New Sales Representatives : Provide orientation and initial training to new hires, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Management : Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
  • Maintain Training Materials : Keep all training documentation up to date, including manuals, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, with a focus on telesales.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and telesales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
