Outbound Sales Representative

We're now looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team and bring Ausphin's services to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (leads provided and self-generated).
- Actively promote and sell Visume, RPL, and Skills Assessment services.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for feedback and campaign improvement.
- Provide follow-up support and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or B2C/B2B selling (experience in education or migration services is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex services in a clear and engaging way.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge or familiarity with RPL, Skills Assessment, or Australian migration pathways is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
