Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Near Pasig, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Onsite)

Reports To: Onboarding Manager

Job Summary:

As our Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face behind a smooth and seamless hiring experience. You'll coordinate pre-employment requirements, liaise with departments, and support the HR and recruitment teams to ensure every new hire feels welcomed and prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize all pre-employment documents from new hires.
  • Format and standardize CVs and candidate materials.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to coordinate onboarding and recruitment activities.
  • Contact applicants via phone or email as needed.
  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Report directly to the Onboarding Manager with updates and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related tasks (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
  • Located near Pasig or willing to commute.
