Position Summary

The Onboarding Support Specialist plays a critical role in the successful activation of new merchant accounts. This position supports the onboarding process by performing detailed data entry, coordinating underwriting documentation, retrieving reports, and serving as a liaison during the setup process.

  • Client Onboarding & Support:

Act as the main contact during onboarding, guiding merchants through the application process, collecting KYC/business documents, and responding to inquiries on status, timelines, and requirements.

  • Underwriting & Risk Coordination:

Pull and review credit reports, OFAC, MATCH lists, and escalate flagged or incomplete applications. Ensure documentation meets underwriting and compliance standards.

  • Data Entry & System Setup:

Accurately input and validate merchant data in CRM/onboarding platforms. Support setup of accounts, terminals, and software systems.

  • Post-Implementation Support:

Assist clients post-onboarding with system issues and inquiries. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.

  • Internal Coordination & Documentation:

Maintain detailed CRM notes and trackers. Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk, and Tech Support for seamless activations and proper handoff to support teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php32,000.00 per month
