Job Overview

We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to support the delivery of onboarding, training, and mobilisation activities in line with company and client processes. You will play a key role in ensuring employees are fully compliant, mobilised on time, and supported throughout their assignment lifecycle. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mobilisation activities in collaboration with Recruitment, HR, and project teams.
  • Manage onboarding requirements including pre-employment checks, site access, and PPE preparation.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and flight bookings or changes for project personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date rosters, training records, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for mobilisation-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and HSEQ standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or Administration (Certificate IV or similar is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Administrator or Coordinator in mobilisation, onboarding, or site support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
  • Experience in construction, mining, or engineering industries is an advantage
  • Familiarity with mobilisation or workforce management systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM)
