  • Identify training and Development needs an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with L&D Supervisor ( work -with other team members) Design expand, and manage learning and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Create and deliver a range of training using face-to-face, online distance learning, and blended learning options (conduct of training). Ensure that mandatory training requirements are met and completed.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires, and discussions with the L&D Supervisor, and assist in providing trainees with timely and constructive feedback.
  • Help in evaluating learning and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance (Prepare T&D reports and dashboards)
  • Assist the learning and Development Supervisor in developing effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.
  • Helped L&D to promote a work culture of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Help in the creation and facilitation of a training engagement program
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Assist in other HR Projects CSR etc.
