About the Job

We are looking for an Associate, Human Resources Business Partner to support our Operations team. This role will focus on the administrative aspects of HRBP processes.

As an Associate, Human Resources Business Partner, You Will…

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns by serving as a conduit to Operations and other departments.
  • Ensure accuracy of internal transfer documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions on company policies for new and current employees.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the onboarding program for new hires.
  • Check the overall pulse of teams through climate and engagement surveys, one-on-ones, and focus group discussions.
  • Track and ensure completion of Background verification results.
  • Execute and complete Request For Removals, Return To Work Orders, Contract Extension, Separation Processing, and other tasks which may be assigned.

As an Associate, Human Resources Business Partner, You Need…

  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or equivalent working experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage documentation and tracking in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to support operational and business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to achieve business results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapid change.
  • Ability to communicate updates and changes positively.
