Position Summary
White & Case Global Operations Center (Manila) LLP is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to provide support in the development and execution of a learning and development initiatives that meets the most critical needs of the organization. The role requires significant collaboration within managing training events and administering them in the Firm's LMS.

Duties and Accountabilities1
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor in managing users, workflows and functionality, working with the HR Operations team on the integration with the HR information system (HRIS), and liaising with the provider where needed.
- Receive, verify and process requests for all transactional and logistical support in the implementation of all training related activities of the Firm
- Manage work instructions by ensuring new processes and process changes are documented and properly executed by the team.
- Serve as central point of contact and first level escalation for L&D related inquiries, advising necessary course of action within her level of expertise.
- Effective management of team mailbox, triaging and ensuring tickets are addressed in a timely manner and closely monitor and close aging requests
- Be involved in discussions with HR Operations and HRIS regarding the development and improvement of new process, ensuring alignment to HRSS L&D processes.
- Conducts training to onboard joiners, upskilling of team members
- Participate in the element of metrics monitoring and reporting, with a focus on analyzing the impact of team performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other functions on process alignment and improvement.
- Handles escalation, identify possible issues and propose recommendation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree graduate
- Strong attention to detail and clear passion for learning and has proven experience operating in a dedicated L&D role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English
- Exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills and resolve
- Team Player and demonstrates professional, sound judgement; can think critically, objectively and strategically
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Open to rotating shifts
