What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to support the sales team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A keen interest in sales and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the Sales industry
