Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the company's sales and marketing strategies by generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and assisting in marketing campaigns. This role plays a vital part in increasing brand awareness, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (calls, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage and update customer databases, records, and sales reports.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations.
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as content posting, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, with flexibility for marketing events and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bacolod City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
