Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
  • Provide product information and recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or digital payments).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner.
  • Support in merchandising and promotional displays.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
