Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute creative layouts for:
Brand logos, packaging, and visual identity systems
Marketing collaterals for external promotions and advertising
Supplier and co-branding materials
Ad-hoc designs for events, campaigns, or other companies under the VCY Group
Conduct product, store, and staff photoshoots and videography, applying AI-powered editing and enhancement tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Manage the preparation, documentation, and endorsement of marketing collaterals to logistics and warehouse teams.
Assist in the preparation and dispatch of freebies and marketing supplies to branches.
Support marketing projects and initiatives requiring creative visual solutions.
Stay current with AI-driven creative trends and digital innovations to continually elevate the company's visual communication strategies.
Working Relationships
Internal: Collaborates with Logistics, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, and HR teams to fulfill design and branding requirements.
External: Coordinates with suppliers and external partners to ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all touchpoints.
