Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate (Hotel-Corporate Accounts) at Stonehill Suites in Bacolod. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating corporate account sales, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, conducting sales presentations, coordinating with hotel management to meet client needs, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also handle booking inquiries, prepare sales reports, and assist in the planning of corporate events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Ability to conduct Sales Presentations and prepare Sales Reports
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality industry or experience in hotel sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Willing to be assigned/relocated in Bacolod City or a local in Bacolod City
