Responsibilities*

Business Development & Deal Closing

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

* Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a results-oriented sales team.
  • Set clear KPIs, performance goals, and accountability frameworks.
  • Lead by example—model best practices in sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.

* Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Philippines market.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.

* Operational Excellence

  • Implement sales processes, tools, and reporting systems for efficiency.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large scale deals
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams with measurable success.
  • Strong business network and ability to open doors
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Domain knowledge about sponsored content

Main Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in advertising/media sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in digital, programmatic, or traditional advertising.
