DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Social Media

● Content Development: Create engaging and relevant contents, including text, images,

videos/reels, and infographics, for the department's social media accounts.

● Content Planning: Develop social media communications plan and monthly content

calendar.

● Promotion: Promote the initiatives, programs, and services of the department through

social media.

● Engagement and Moderation: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions from

followers in a timely and professional manner. Address and manage any social media

crises or negative situations that may arise.

● Coordination: Coordinates with the Communications Office (CO) for checking and inputs

as necessary.

● Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  1. Art Director

● Creative Vision: Establish overall visual direction and creative vision for the department

and its projects.

● Producing Visual Content: Designing graphics for various media, including print

(brochures, posters, tarpaulins, merch), digital (social media, email, presentation

templates), and more.

● Center Management: Balancing open collaborative zones with focused work areas; Infusing the organization's vision into the design through visual themes, colors, and displays; Ensuring that visitors and participants feel inspired and engaged the moment they enter the space

● Guiding Designers: Lead a team of designers and other creatives to execute the projects

and ensure that deadlines are met.

● Portfolio Manager: Maintain a portfolio of the department's creative projects and brand

assets, and ensure that it is up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Development Communication,

Marketing, or any related field

Experience:

  • Should have experience in the creative industry, specifically in the areas of art

direction, graphic design, social media management, and content development.

  • Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a creative lead role and have a

good understanding of the creative process, tools, and techniques used to create

effective campaigns.

  • Preferably with their own equipment for making digital posters and videos (AVPs or Reels)

  • Branding & visual identity creation
  • Analytics & insights (Google Analytics, Facebook/LinkedIn Insights)
