Responsible for managing and maintaining all documentation related to quality, environmental, and compliance systems. Ensures the company's documentation practices meet the requirements of ISO, SMETA, HALAL, and customer audits. Oversees document control, updates procedures, and coordinates audit readiness across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the document control system to ensure all manuals, procedures, and records are current and properly filed.
  • Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in coordination with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, SMETA, and HALAL certification requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain audit documentation and support internal and external audit activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports.
  • Monitor and ensure records retention, traceability, and confidentiality of controlled documents.
  • Conduct internal documentation audits and ensure continuous improvement in documentation practices.
  • Train employees on documentation procedures and compliance awareness.
  • Support management in review meetings and reporting of compliance status and audit findings.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in documentation or compliance roles in a manufacturing environment (preferably corrugated box or packaging industry).
  • Knowledgeable in ISO standards, SMETA, HALAL, and audit processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer or third-party audits.
  • Ability to lead a documentation or compliance team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
