The Content & Documentation Specialist will create clear, persuasive, and professional content that supports both internal alignment and external sales growth. This role transforms technical information, operational data, and customer success stories into compelling communication materials that drive credibility, enable the sales team, and reinforce the company's brand as an industry leader.

Key Objectives of the Role

  1. Turn technical and operational information into clear, customer-facing materials
  2. Support the sales team with tools that accelerate conversion and build trust
  3. Ensure internal communications are well-crafted, consistent, and aligned with company values and goals
  4. Maintain documentation standards that support quality, governance, and ISO compliance

Core Responsibilities

External Sales & Marketing Content

  • Write and develop product brochures, capability statements, data sheets, and tender documents
  • Create case studies, success stories, and testimonial features based on customer interviews and project outcomes
  • Support website and LinkedIn content with educational posts, thought leadership articles, and product features
  • Draft email campaigns, product announcements, and technical explainers to help customers understand the value proposition

Internal Communications

  • Draft CEO messages, leadership announcements, and company updates
  • Develop content for internal newsletters, culture-building campaigns, and employee engagement materials
  • Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to ensure clarity, tone consistency, and strategic messaging alignment

Documentation & Standardization

  • Support documentation of processes for ISO compliance and governance initiatives
  • Create and maintain templates for presentations, proposals, and internal reports
  • Organize and manage content libraries for easy access by Sales, Operations, and other departments

Research & Insight Gathering

  • Work with sales, operations, and R&D teams to extract technical and market information
  • Conduct interviews with clients or internal experts to build authentic and data-backed written materials
  • Study industry trends and integrate relevant insights into marketing content

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years in content writing, technical writing, sales enablement, or communications

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial fields a strong advantage

  • Excellent written English (clarity, structure, persuasive tone)

  • Strong ability to simplify complex, technical language
  • Skilled in documentation and organization
  • Comfortable interviewing subject matter experts and clients
  • Proficient in using presentation and document tools (PowerPoint, Word, Canva or similar)
