About Us:
Tiny Blessings Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to safeguarding the rights of underprivileged children and providing holistic programs that allow them to thrive and reach their fullest potential.
We are a small but passionate team where every role matters—and where compassion, adaptability, and love for children are valued above all else.
Key Responsibilities
The HR & Administrative Head is central to the life of the Foundation, managing both the people and systems that allow our programs to flourish.
Human Resources Leadership
1. Ensure HR operations comply with Philippine labor laws and NGO regulations.
2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Support staff development and nurture a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.
Administrative Management
1. Provide administrative support to the Board of Trustees and management, including documentation, permits, and compliance reporting.
2. Maintain personnel records and organize efficient office management systems.
3. Manage and schedule the work of support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Multi-Hat Role in a Child-Centered Space
1. As a small agency, flexibility is essential—the Admin Head is expected to wear multiple hats, bringing additional skills that can support the Foundation's programs (e.g., counseling, teaching, program facilitation).
2. Direct interaction with children is a daily part of the role. Children come in and out of the office, and the Admin Head must engage with warmth, patience, and compassion.
3. This is not just an office job—it is a service role, where presence, empathy, and adaptability are crucial.
Qualifications:
Required (per DSWD standards):
a. Any bachelor's degree (4-year course).
b. At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in HR, administration, NGO, or social welfare work.
Preferred:
a. Background in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Social Work (RSW), Education, or other related fields.
b. Additional training in HR practice or NGO/social welfare compliance.
c. Ability to contribute added value to the Foundation's services (counseling, teaching, program support, etc.).
d. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
e. Demonstrated compassion and willingness to engage directly with children on a daily basis.
What We Offer
1. A chance to contribute to meaningful work that transforms children's lives.
2. A supportive, close-knit team where every role is impactful.
3. Daily engagement with children—building bonds that inspire hope and growth.
4. Professional development opportunities across HR, administration, and child-focused program support.
